Warranty, Care & Support

Thank you for choosing Calibre Time.

Every timepiece we create is built with intent, precision, and individuality. This page outlines the warranty coverage, care guidelines, and support process associated with your watch.

Warranty Coverage

Calibre Time watches are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement only.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms and exclusions outlined below.

Warranty Duration

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery, as confirmed by shipping records.

Where delivery occurs after the purchase date, the warranty period begins from the date the watch is received.

Proof of purchase and delivery confirmation may be required when submitting a claim.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the movement

If a covered defect is confirmed upon inspection, Calibre Time will, at its discretion:

• Repair the movement, or
• Replace the movement

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Water or moisture exposure
• Showering, swimming, bathing, or submersion
• Steam, hot water, or pressure exposure
• Accidents, drops, or impact
• Improper handling or misuse
• Incorrect time or date setting
• Adjusting the date between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic components (case, crystal, crown, strap)
• Timekeeping variation within normal mechanical tolerances
• Unauthorized repairs, servicing, or modification

Mechanical movements are precision instruments. Minor variations in accuracy are natural characteristics and do not indicate a defect.

Water Resistance: 3 ATM

Calibre Time watches are rated 3 ATM (30 meters) water resistance.

This level is suitable for:
• Accidental splashes
• Light rain
• Minimal, brief contact with water

It is not suitable for:
• Showering or bathing
• Swimming or diving
• Exposure to steam or hot water
• High-pressure water exposure

Water resistance is not permanent and may reduce over time due to wear, aging of components, or improper handling.

Water damage is not covered under warranty.

Always ensure the crown is fully secured before any exposure to moisture.

Date Adjustment Notice

Do not adjust the date between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM.

During this period, the internal date-change mechanism is engaged. Adjusting the date within this window may cause damage.

Any damage resulting from improper setting is not covered under warranty.
