Shipping & Returns

Every Calibre Time watch is built from scratch - assembled with intent, not pulled from a shelf.

Because of this, our timelines and policies are designed to reflect the time and care that goes into each piece.


Order Processing & Production

All watches are made to order.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for assembly, testing, and quality checks before dispatch.

This process ensures that every component is carefully selected, assembled, and finished to the standard we stand by.


Shipping

Once your watch is ready, it will be dispatched via our delivery partners.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
• Metro cities: 2-4 working days
• Non-metro locations: 3-7 working days

Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

As each watch is individually built to your configuration, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged or with a verified issue, we will review the case and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the product and packaging
• Include your order details

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once your watch has entered assembly, cancellations will not be possible.


Important Notes

• Each watch is built individually - slight variations are a natural part of the process
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on complexity and component availability
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed dates


Returns Shipping

In cases where a return is required (including approved warranty claims or service requests), the product must be securely shipped back to us by the customer.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking, as Calibre Time is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
